Don’t buy this shoes !!!!
This item sold by Burberry. Sizing provided on Nordstrom website is totally off. They were 2-3 sizes big. My husband tried one shoe only and we shipped back in perfect condition. Return was not accepted. According to Burberry shoes were returned to me. However FedEx tacking is the one I was given to send shoes to Burberry. Now no money no shoes and absolutely no help from Nordstrom

Horrible Experience being Gaslighted
Bought shoes for my husband for our wedding anniversary’s based on the size conversion of a 43 being equivalent to a size 10. My husband tried on the right shoe and they were ginormous! In the box it went and back through FedEx to the Burberry warehouse. Imagine my surprise when the return was DECLINED for shoes being damaged. I was in complete shock. I had to call and ask if they had the right information (this can’t be right!) and then insist on getting my shoes back. Guess what- I just got them and they look just like the day I got them. We tried on one shoe for 60 seconds and here we are- stuck with shoes we can’t wear. Is it the minute-barely-there crease that hard leather shoes naturally get when they are worn? So the person at Burberry that took my return didn’t like that the shoe was tried on? How else are you supposed to see if it fits? What a joke. Thanks Nordstrom. Unacceptable.
