Perfect for: Hiking and walking on trails.

Upper: Breathable mesh with suede and synthetic overlays and a padded heel ensure daylong comfort. Anatomical insole provides arch support and heel support.

Midsole Drop: 10mm, the most common and generally considered to be the ideal standard for running shoes. Classified as a high-drop measurement, it allows for more cushioning to absorb the impact of heel strikes.

Lower: RE-ZORB® responsive cushioning provides shock absorption and impact protection. ACTIVfoam EVA midsole with built-up cushion in the midfoot for stability. Durable rubber sole with a tread pattern suitable for trail traction. Built-in compression channels for shock absorption.

Nice styling, comfortable with good support
I like this sneaker very much, though for comfort I like the devotion x better. This is a more rigid shoe as you would expect from a trail shoe. I’ve been looking for a white sneaker that had nice styling and this one really looks great. The arch support is good. I had to go up a half size because the rounded toe with suede at the cap does create less toe room. I wear an 8 in the devotion x. I had to get an 8.5 in the trail shoe.

Nice color. Wish for wider
I’ve had some foot problems and haven’t really worn them much. I’ve struggled in recent years with your widths. They do not seem consistent. Used to always wear regular but now I find some shoes should be wide. This shoe was borderline. Nice color and they look nice. I’m a long time user of Ryka products.

feels good, with or without my orthotics!
I have had surgery on both feet. high arches, tarsal tunnel, plantar fascitis, now i deal with callous and hammer toe. It is hard to find shoes that feel good on my feet when walking a lot, or especially strength training at the gym. I have been in love with another brand, but only 1 version feels good to me. I am thrilled that the ryka's feel every bit as awesome. ordered a 2nd pair in a different color. i will keep 1 strictly for the gym. the other for everything else.
