Torhill Mule (Women)

Love these mules! Def. size up. I went to Clark's website and got the exact measurements because I was uncertain whether to size up .5 or a whole size. I sized up a whole size and they fit perfectly. I was worried that they might look and be too big but they are neither. They look like my normal size 9 and they feel wonderful. I did some research before purchasing and the advice I got was to size up. Couldn't be happier and after I treat them I'll be wearing them often. I'm getting them in black next.

These shoes are really cute (so giving full 5 stars), but I had to return them because they ran small. I’m usually between an 8.5 and a 9, and since the description said to size up, I ordered a 9—but I actually should have gone with a 9.5. I wish I had ordered the right size because I really liked how they looked. If you’re in between sizes, I recommend starting with your usual smaller size and going up a full size from there. For example, if you’re between an 8.5 and a 9 like me, go with a 9.5 for a better fit.

I'm probably writing this review prematurely. I fluctuate between a size 7 and a 7.5. Mules, slip-ons, and high heels, I size up to a 7.5 or an 8 depending upon the width. These looked like I could get away with a 7.5. Sadly no. The width was snug. My heel was smashed up against the lip in the back. The top of the shoe was pressing against my pinky toe, which I think would eventually become uncomfortable. The shoes are such a throwback to the shoes I wore in the 80's. Hopefully size 8 will be a success! They're a great looking shoe!
