horrible service
I never received my shoe. Nordstrom got some wonky carrier and they never delivered it. I’ve never experienced such horrible service and seriously thinking of closing my account over this. I got the run around for almost 2 weeks when it was supposed to be 2 day shipping. I’m highly disappointed as this shoe is now out of stock.

Love the shoes but they arrived with multiple scuff marks on the toe.. fabric is suede so good luck getting that off! Definitely used. Disappointing.
