This company will not send the right size
I have ordered these shoes three times. Each time, they send the wrong size. It’s unbelievable. Do you want a size 9? That will never happen: get comfortable shoving your feet into a 7. Asking Nordstrom to investigate is not on the table either. They are only able to order the shoes again. At this point I think the only way to get a 9 would be to order an 11, and they don’t carry that size. Not surprised these are on sale. Skip them.

Due to a store error, they sent me a size 39 instead of the size 36 I ordered. Now my correct size is sold out. This is really poor service from the store's order fulfillment staff.

Wrong size sent
I ordered a size EU 38 and received a size EU 40. Other reviewers mentioned this problem too.. but I thought it’s not a common occurrence.. guess what - I too received the wrong size. I don’t understand how this can happen.

THEY KEEP SENDING ME THE WRONG SIZE!!! seriously
This is the second time I’ve ordered these shoes, and I honestly thought the first mistake was just bad luck. But again? The first time I ordered a size 10, I got a 9. I returned them, reordered a 10, and this time I received a size 6! That’s not just one size off—it’s four sizes smaller. How is no one checking the size on the bottom of the shoes before shipping them?
I called customer service, and the only solution they offered was to reorder… something I could obviously do myself. At this point, it feels like the only way to get the right size is to order every size available and hope one of them is correct, then return the rest. Honestly, at this point idk if these shoes aren’t worth the hassle. Is hilarious but it isn’t.
