Garbage quality - Avoid
Both the left and right shoe have worn through the heal fabric in the two months I’ve owned them. They’ve been my daily drivers during that time and I average 7k steps a day. Shoes that don’t even last 2 months for a couple hundred bucks? I feel robbed.

Comfortable, but loose
The shoe cushion is great and probably the best Cole Haan has, but my heels slip out quite a lot. The lace straps don't hold my foot in very well.

Great shoe!
I'm size 12 so you need to size down. I got 11 and 1/2 for this particular shoe if you are size 12 go for a 11 & 1/2. Make sure you buy some shoe trees for them to not crease
