Ankle straps are too big
Expected nice fitting sandal, instead the ankle straps are very large and loose. Even adding additional buckle holes would not make it a better fit. They must go back.

Not a good fit
The platform is on the heavier side. The straps are soft and not supportive which makes the heavier platform more prominent. I wanted the regular leather (not suede) which wasn't available in my size and would have probably fit more securely. I am returning this as I know it wouldn't last very long as something I'd wear.
