Can't Comment on the Shoes
In all my years of ordering shoes, I've never been sent two left feet. And, to make it even more absurd, one was the size I ordered, and the other was 1 1/2 sizes smaller! I
thought they might go the extra mile and ship the right shoe out for me before my event that was a few days away, as a customer courtesy for having such horrible quality control. Absolutely not. Was told to wrap the shoes up and find a FedEx store and take them back for a refund. Nordstrom's sure gone down hill. ):
