Disappointed by Nordstrom
I'm so disappointed! I ordered these for my holiday gatherings. They arrived on time and would have been perfect except that the purchase price stickers were on the insole of these leather shoes. To repeat, these were a Nordstrom (and not Nordstrom Rack) purchase. Nordstrom Rack affixes the prices on the insoles of Birkenstocks and in my opinion, this ruins the suede, faux shearling, or smooth leather. When I tried to remove the price tag the leather was ruined. These never made it out of the store.
My new rule, no Birkenstock purchases from NR or online from Nordstrom.

gorgeous sandal but too wide
These are a dressy Birkenstock which I was planning to take on a 17 day cruise. Unfortunately they’re too wide for me. I adjusted the straps to the narrowest width but my foot was sliding around. According to Birkenstock these are regular width but on the German Birkenstock website these are considered a wide width. I returned these.

wrong width , do not buy if you wear narrow
The photos and width are advertised as narrow and I was sent regular.. this is the second time nordstrom does this when i try to order birkenstocks from them. Disappointing.
