sent two different models
I have been reading reviews on how Nordstrom is not sending the correct items or sending them wrapped in a bag. It had never happened to me until now. I ordered these Burberry shoes and I received two different models. The right shoe is the correct one, it has a little shimmer (sparkles), the left one is from a different style/model, I think this was last season. Needless to say, I will be retuning them. My size is no longer available. Nordstrom, you can do better, like everyone is saying, these are high ticket items and these kinds of mistakes should not be happening (this often).
I love the shoes, the fit is great. They look amazing I wish I had the matching pair.
