Honest Review – Nike Pegasus Wave SE
I bought the Pegasus Wave SE mainly for casual wear because it looks good and stylish. However, in real use, the sole feels quite firm and stiff. For light walking or short periods, it’s okay, but for longer or more serious walking, it becomes uncomfortable.
After extended walking, I experienced soreness starting from my feet and ankles all the way up to my lower back. The cushioning doesn’t absorb impact as well as I expected from the Pegasus line. Using additional insoles does help improve comfort, but it still doesn’t fully solve the issue.
Overall, this shoe works better as a lifestyle or fashion sneaker rather than for long walks or all-day wear. If you’re buying it mainly for the look, it’s fine. But if comfort for walking is your priority, you may want to consider other options or be prepared to add supportive insoles.
