Sizing seems off
I generally love J&M shoes, and I have at least 4 pairs. All the ones I have our size 9, but the Reeve Run off must run very small, because I couldn't even get my foot in the size 9 they sent me and I had to send it right back.

Too Small/ No removable insert!
I called and verified description of shoe and was told it does have a removable insert.
When they arrived I tried to pull out insert and it is not removable! It is glued to bottom of shoe. I wear an orthotic so cann wear this shoe.
Please update your description and update your support staff.
