Run a full size small
Well made sandals and I love the design and navy color which is so hard to find but they run a full size too small and they were tight across my instep. I may reorder them in a larger size and adjust the buckle across the top to allow more room but they are a little more expensive than what I prefer so I'm still debating. I have a fairly narrow foot and the width was good for me but I don't think these would work for someone with a wide foot.

runs narrow/small
I should have tried to get perhaps a half size bigger but I ended up keeping my true size 37, I’ve never been a larger size in Manolos but these do seem to run small. If you have small/narrow feet this is a great shoe for you. I just have average width feet and my toes slightly hang off the sides, just an FYI. If they have your true size and a half size bigger I would order both to compare. At the time the next size up was sold out so I couldn’t compare. The navy is very chic and the buckle adds that extra something. Love the look of this shoe.
