Slim Out of Office Sneaker (Women)

First thing First these sneaker or expensive and I bought them because I like them however when delivered and I open the box no shoe laces they are missing I call customer service and she told me there is nothing they can do about it I ask her how in the world they package a box to ship out with out the laces... I'm highly upset mad because that should not happen I told her they need to make sure all items is being sent that's not right you spend your money and looking forward to something for you to be disappointed I'm down with this brand never buying it again First and last.
