Terrible customer service from P448
The shoes were delivered without the normal carry/storage bag that comes with all of their sneakers. I contacted P448 , as the shoes were shipped DIRECTLY from their warehouse . They will not send me a bag, as they cannot “ provide a warranty for items purchased at other retailers including on how they prepare your order for delivery.” What P448 fails to admit, after several emails, is that their company “ prepared the order”. The shipping label doesn’t lie. Instead ,they are wanting to blame on Nordstrom. Really crummy , in fact a zero rating for their customer service . These shoes are too expensive for them not to acknowledge and correct their company mistake.
