Excellent comfort and support with a bit of height.
These shoes are everything I require of comfortable shoes after age 50. Cushion is excellent. Great supportive base. Wonderful amount of room in the toe box. They stay tied and the tongue stays in place. I usually wear a size 8.5 in Nike shoes, and that works perfectly for this style as well. I wear them for working in a high school and for walking in the forest preserve or on pavement. Actually I wear them everywhere and all day comfortably. The shape of the shoe base propels you forward and adds a spring to your step. I have several pairs. Cannot recommend them enough!

Narrow
I’m 7.5 and order a 7.5
Definitely fit but I can see why some people kept saying size up. It fit perfectly but I have a skinny foot. Most Nike’s are loose on me due to my skinny narrow foot. However this shoe is very snug and I love it!!! If your foot is on the wider side definitely size up.

Great All Day Wear
I love this shoe. I have a wide foot and I ordered a half size up but I’m thinking I could’ve ordered my regular size. They are very light weight and they have great arch support. The footbed is wide and the soles are very cushiony. I would definitely buy again just maybe in my regular size. They are great for walking on the treadmill and they have become my favorite travel shoes.
