poor customer service beware

Accidentally purchased men’s shoe thinking it was a women’s shoe. Initiated return and it was returned back by FedEx and I was charged for the FedEx. I tried to reach customer service but received automated Ai, not helpful. I’m really disappointed in Nordstrom. What happened to your stellar customer service?
