Voyou Pointed Toe Slingback Pump

I never received my order. The shipping company says it was but no affirmative delivery. Called Nordstrom and they tell me it is my responsibility to make sure the package is delivered and things I can do to protect myself. I have provided all the evidence including pictures of my ring security camera showing the package was never delivered when the shipping company said it was delivered. Now I am out of pocket $500 and nobody cares to help. Can't believe this company.

Elegant heel that can be worn for a night out or with a pair of jeans and Givenchy sweater. Due to pointy toe, runs a little narrow through the toes, but I was still able to order my regular size & feel comfortable. The sling back was quite roomy & did not pinch at all.
