Deri Leather Blazer

I love All Saints leather but this blazer was a challenge. I had to order 3 to get one that wasn’t defective and still had to take to alterations. The lapel was crooked on 2 of them. One of the had a pucker at the bottom of jacket next to seam had to end up taking to alterations and having it fixed. I really wanted an over sized leather (not faux) blazer and this finally looks good!

I usually love allsaints. I have the Elora moto and the arie leather coat. This blazer is not of that quality. The lapels especially the peaked area were different sizes and spacing. The left lapels was mis sewn so the seam was not hidden and pressed improperly so the lapels were different widths. In sizing usually I size up in allsaints leather. I’m a size 4 usually but bought the 6. The 6 was roomy but not oversized in the shoulders. The sleeves were on the wide side and long (although that was not a deal breaker). The body is hugely oversized (and I like oversized so take that from where it comes). I had purchased it on the Black Friday sale so although it was a good price the poor workmanship was unacceptable. That said the leather was soft,very pliant, nice drape. It’s thin but lovely feel. But agree with another reviewer that this is well below allsaints standard. Check anything you buy very carefully for defects. I would definitely take your usual size if you try it. I returned.
