Worth the price
Tremendously sharp compared to my prior scissors. A pleasure to use. Love that they come apart so I can clean them thoroughly. Also well engineered so that they don’t come apart while using normally.

Very disappointed
I was very excited to finally have a pair of pull apart kitchen shears and chose the Wusthof brand thinking it was a reputable brand. After hand washing and drying the separated shears I noticed rust was forming in between the piece where the shears connect to each other.

Epic Kitchen Shears
I had the cheaper black plastic handle kitchen shears from Wusthof for close to 10 years. They are still around my house but have been repurposed to all sorts of tasks not kitchen related so I thought it was time add to the collection and upgrade to a dedicated set for kitchen/food tasks.
These are so sharp, heavy duty, and comfortable to use. Easy to separate and clean/sanitize from poultry work.
11/10 would buy again, especially considering the price point. So reasonable for something that will likely last 15 years to a lifetime depending on how you treat them.

Strong scissors that come apart!
Bought these to replace the scissors in the 9 block set, as they leave little to be desired. I knew this when I bought the set, as I have another set of scissors with our Classic Ikon set in our primary home. These scissors are sharp, strong, and I love that they come apart.

Solid and Sharp
These are good all-purpose scissors, suitable for medium-sized fish and chicken. I'd only recommend making the rings thicker to increase the pressure. But overall, they're not bad.

the item is not 100% stainless. the bolt used is the problem. attached a picture of it.
