WHERE is my refund?
I bought these on Timberland webpage and got them 12.16.25. They did not fit, and I took it to a Timberland store at Queens Mall (NYC) 12.19.25 for return. It is now Jan 7, 2026 and still no refund.

Boots are fine, but they didn't accept my return
The shoes are okay, but I ordered two to get the right size and they won't allow me to return the second pair. They're good but not worth the cost and wouldn't recommend buying without trying on.

The MOST comfortable boots ever
These are the most comfortable boots of all time. I bought these for a trip and I walked 6+ miles a day. No blisters, no issues, like walking on clouds. The soles mold to your feet and have excellent support. Plus they are super cute! I think they run a bit large but I like to wear my boots with thick socks to stay warm so it was perfect.
