Seattle II Waterproof Bootie (Women)

I ordered these boots in two sizes to make sure any concerns were not about poor fit. On the plus side, being solid rubber, they’re definitely waterproof. The footbed is also fairly comfortable and the boot sole reasonably substantial. The larger pair felt too loose to walk in for significant distances without risking blisters (I was planning to use this shoe on a walking tour). The smaller pair was close fitting and very flexible, no slippage. However I couldn’t get away from the feeling that it was impairing my circulation, causing my feet to be cold. Also, it felt as if my feet would soon be clammy in all that airless rubber. I think these may work for someone who’s not planning to do a lot of walking in them.

These shoes exceeded my expectations when I received them in the mail. Most importantly, they're comfortable. They're warm, but not too heavy. Perfect for running errands or adventures in the pumpkin patch. I love the height, too. They're easy to slip on & off and look so cute with cropped pants. The olive green color goes great with lots of different color combos (jeans/blacks/browns). These will be a staple piece for me in the coming weeks as the colder weather sticks around.
