Beautiful but poorly made.
Such a BEAUTIFUL lather, color, hardware, could not wish for a better look! BUT: it is disproportionally oversized with long footbed and narrow width. The cushioned footbed made this boot even more narrow. I usually wear size 10/medium and have quite narrow foot. Sofft never disappointed me till now. I got 2 different styles: Brie and Amanda of same Whiskey color, size 10, hoping that one of them will work. They both have very sophisticated design, good quality leather and hardware but were poorly made. Hopefully the Sofft cobbler contractor will fix this flow in the future. Have to return them both.

Beautiful boot but very narrow.
This boot is a beautiful brown color, absolutely loved it! However, it is very narrow. I usually wear a medium in width and these were very tight. I had to send them back as there was no way they would be comfortable for very long.

My favorite this season!
This is by far my favorite boots. I have been searching for a boot w some padding and these are it. It has a goood amount of cushion throughout the whole foot bed. Good arch support and cushion at the ball and heel. Soft leather that stretches with time. I was able put an additional insert for extra comfort without it being tight. That’s says a lot esp w my wife feet. This will be my go to boots. I’ve just worn it today without any issues!

Comfortable, nice Chelsea boots
These boots are well made and VERY comfortable. The zipper is helpful-- I have other pairs of chelsea boots that are tough to pull on. These boots are a little bulky feeling (and looking) but yesterday wore them for several hours of Christmas shopping and they felt great.

The Perfect Boot
The perfect Chelsea lug sole boot I'd been looking for: zipper on one side and stretch fabric on the other, soft leather, light padding, and no contrast welt or stitching between the upper and the sole. I ordered the black in an 8M and they fit great; I can wear them with a regular pair of socks or without. The waterproof leather is a nice extra too. These are already a favorite!
