I wear 7 for SW and Jimmy Choo pumps, I ordered 36.5 for this and I can still easily slip my thumb in the heel. I tried them on after walking all day so it’s really too big. Also the connection between shoe sole and heel isn’t as delicate as I wanted, if you are perfectionist proceed with caution
