Love these shoes. My first pair got nearly daily use and served me well for day-to-day tasks, travel, and long days traipsing around theme parks. After 2+ years the ball area of the sole is beginning to get smooth; so, I just got a new pair.

Not a good fit.
These are not a good fit for my feet. I have several other types of Merrell for hiking and walking but these are a disappointment. Wore them around in the house a few times thinking they would feel better but didn't happen.

Wrapt barefoot lace up shoes
These Wrapt Barefoot Laceups are very comfortable and they fit like a glove ! This is my first barefoot style shoe and I am so glad I took a chance on them. They look and feel great. I use them as every day casual shoes. I switch between these and the slip on version of the same shoe in a different color.
I like these so much that I plan on purchasing the waterproof hightop version as well, but will probably go one half size up to accomodate heavier socks. Love these shoes ! Hopefully they last !

I want to love these.
I got these for a trip to Panama. They are super comfy and look great. In dry mountain conditions they were fine, but once I got to the coast and things were wet from the ocean and rain every surface was slippery. Walking in town on sidewalks and roads I kept slipping and wet wood was like ice. My wife in her sandals was fine. It’s very disappointing to have such a rugged looking sole for just looks?
