something wrong with lace loops
My husband actually loved the fit and how comfortable they are. However we found problems at shoe lace holes/metal parts. When he tried to tie laces, they fell out from the metal parts. And found that there are slits on the parts which I don't know why. We gave them another try to see maybe it was just broken pair we received. But sadly next pair came for replacement had same issue. I even tried to ask if there is something can do to fix the issue or reason for the slits when I brought them directly NS store, but lady took care my return she didn't even want to hear me out even I asked her "do you need to know which part is broken?" I understood she was busy but she said" its already damaged bc once worn(so no need to know)" NEXT! felt like amazon customer care which I do not admire at all.
