Ghost Max Sneaker (Men)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a air of comfortable shoes for work that looked like work shoes and were leather instead of fabric. I love my brooks sneakers so I thought these would be great following in the footsteps of the regular Ghost 17 Sneakers. So far they are pretty good, but they are lacking compared to the regular Ghost sneakers. First off, they have a smaller fit. The Ghost 17 that I wear are a size 10 and fit perfect, but these Ghost Max L in size 10 seem like they are 1/2 size smaller. I have never have to order a size 10.5 in any sneaker or shoe so you might want to order them in a 1/2 larger size. They are comfortable, but they are not as comfortable as the regular Ghost 17. I believe the only difference should be the outer material and not the size, fit and comfort. I would recommend, but Brooks can do better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] comfortable at first then these shoes break down fast. the foam (way too high and much foam) breaks down at outer edge. You would think the feet would feel good with all the cushion. It does at first then when the foam breaks down on putter edge, your feet tilt and prone to potential ankle sprain. Shoes have gotten cheaply made with the use of all this foam. I do not recommend these shoes and would not ever buy again that is for sure

Bought these for 82 year old father in law. He has a wide foot, wears 2E and 4E. We got these in 2E and he loves them. Says they feel about the same as the Hoka Clifton 10. I was concerned that they wouldn't be wide enough based on other reviews, but they are perfectly wide enough for a wide flat foot, just make sure you buy 2E. Great shoe!
