Wish Star Pointed Toe Western Boot (Men)

This is a women’s boot in the women’s shoe section of the Nordstrom app. A women’s size 12 (US) is not a 45 (EU). It should be a 42 (EU), which is what I ordered, but a size 45 is what arrived at my house. Naturally, it’s gigantic. The product page has been wrong for a week. I’m going to call Nordstrom and ask what I should do because I can’t just order another pair in a different size without knowing if it’s a men’s or women’s size. But Nordstrom has been getting everything wrong these days. Products listed as available never show up. Expensive garments (like a $900 blouse) arrive balled up in a plastic bag. What’s going on, Nordstrom? (Note: the boot is quite gorgeous. Golden Goose and other luxury brands should tell Nordstrom to get their house in order.)
