Lucinda Ankle Strap Pump (Women)

The black suede is a well made, quality shoe. It can be tough to find a shoe that's stylish, comfortable, and low heeled, but this one wins in all three categories. There's a slight flare to the block heel which helps with stability and gives the shoe a more contemporary look. There 's also cushioning under the heel and throughout the insole. I have a wider foot and a higher arch, but these fit fine, very comfortable in fact. For those like me who don't like to buckle ankle straps, this strap has a small piece of elastic, so it is possible to buckle the shoe first and then slip your foot in, no twisting and turning to try and buckle the shoe after it's on. I have several pairs of Gentle Souls shoes, and I've found that I get much more wear out of them than some of my less expensive comfort shoes. Gentle Souls can elevate the look of an outfit and keep my feet comfortable at the same time. I highly recommend!

I’m heartbroken ~ sold out now. I’ve read about people getting a shoe that clicks, and now I’ve experienced it. I wanted to ignore it because these shoes were otherwise perfect. Nobody else wrote that. 🥲 I hope Nordie’s gets more black suede shoes in just like this one! I don’t wear brown or I’d buy only one in stock.

Love these shows. I purchased size 7 wide. It was not too wide. It was perfect. The insole is incredibly comfortable. They will look lovely with short snd long skirts, dress shorts, jeans, ankle pants, dress, for both work and play. Highly versatile. They do not have a Velcro claps. Wish they did. I would love to purchase the brown put that piece is sky high and unreasonable. Price of the black ones like I bought are a great deal.
