Very comfortable
The "Easy" sole design is the selling point of these Chelsea boots. They're very light weight and flexibile for "easy" non-tiring comfort. The side elastic is hidden for a better, finished aesthetic look. The 10.5 M is true to size.

Looked worn and missing items
To begin with, I got the wrong shoes the first time and returned it. I finally got the right item but it looked to have been worn and was missing the shoe bags that came with all Santoni purchases. I know Nordstrom can do better with these online transactions.
