Shellby Waterproof Driving Loafer (Women)

First off if you don’t already know what Sandnubuck looks like, google it. Nordstrom totally has the product photos in another color scheme. It was definitely not the color shoe I was in need of. I was also a bit turned off by the Nordstrom Rack comparable price tag on the shoe I got. I paid full price but got a price adjustment after my complaint, however the price adjustment I got was an already mark down from the Nordstrom website, it so happened to go on sale immediately after my purchase. I didn’t appreciate the customer service I rec’d as well while trying to point that out. I’m so happy I returned these & got my money back! For the color and most especially because of the customer service I rec’d while trying to express my disappointment of the product. As if he (or she) implied what’s wrong with paying full price for a Nordstrom product but we send you a Nordstrom Rack product comparable price tag item but we just charged you the regular price for it? However now that you’ve directed a complaint for it we can give you a price adjustment, because it just so happens it’s on sale now @ regular Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack price is unknown but comparable to….

I rated five stars, even though I had to return the shoes. These are beautiful shoes and are very well-made. A bonus is that they are waterproof. The problem I had, though was the right heel was slipping when I walked, but I think that was unique to my feet. Otherwise, the fit is as described.

Was hoping these would be great, but they aren’t. I’ve worn them 4 times and the sole comes out of the shoe when I take my foot out. Why would I went to have to rearrange the inside of my shoe every time I take them off and put them on? They also felt comfortable the first two days, now it’s like they lost any cushion feeling whatsoever- and I only weigh 100 lbs. Also feel like the Toe part is narrower than other loafers I’ve had. Just not great wouldn’t buy again.
