Cute slides, wrong size
I have ordered these slides twice in a size 7 1/2 EU 38 and twice I have received an EU 41 which are huge on my feet. The shoes are really cute and I’m very fond of the Ara brand for comfort so I’m trying a third time to get my correct size. I can only suppose that there is a glitch in the Nordstrom computers causing my problem but I’m clueless whom to contact to resolve the problem.

THREE times
How do I know if the fit is true to size or true to width? THREE times I ordered this sandal in my size and THREE times I get the wrong size. THREE times. I echo the first reviewer and personally ask, what the heck?!

Wonderful surprise!
Didn’t have very good expectations after reading the reviews of everyone receiving incorrect sizing, well I ordered a 41 which is a US 10 and not 10.5 as advertised. She is super cute, very comfortable and all leather which was most important for me as I clearly searched for all leather sandals, just hoping they would be cute. The tiny band along the top of footbed is a little fancy/glittery which was a pleasant surprise because I was planning to wear these for work with cute ankle pants and jacket. Very comfortable, true to size and love the ruffles for the feminine look.

wrong sizes
I have ordered on occasion directly from Ara’s website and i have received the wrong size more than once. Their shoes are so darn comfy i continue to order and deal with the frustration

I also ordered a 38 and received a size 41. Don’t know how they could get my size so wrong. Glad I didn’t waste my time reordering, as I would probably still get the wrong size again. Never had this happen at Nordstrom before.
