Item arrived, box was damaged. Shoes had mud and scuffs all over them. clearly someone did the old "wear them once and return them" and then nordstrom didn't even have the decency to clean them and put them in a new box before they sold me someone else's smelly old shoes. these guys did tell me they'd take a return, but by now....they wont be shipped back before christmas. these are $200 shoes and they wouldn't even offer me a partial refund. Just know that if you buy from this company, there is a chance they will sell you used shoes at a new price and tell you that a huge hassle is the only way to make it right with you. MADDENING! shop elsewhere.
