Public Safety Announcement!!! Don’t order from Nordstrom unless you want to deal with a huge hassle. This review is NOT about shoes because I never actually received them….. I received a delivery statement stating my shoes were delivered to me, but they hadn’t been. The tracking information stated they were delivered to a different state. Contacted Nordstrom and was told I’d be refunded and the only way to get the order was to reorder … okay that stinks after waiting almost a week to get the order. Then several hours later received an email from Nordstrom simply stating “sorry we’re unable to process a refund” without further explanation. Tried calling Nordstrom customer service and they have no explanation. Tried sending a reply email with no response. Ended up having to get my credit card company involved… moral of the story … if you order things from Nordstrom you may never receive them and they won’t refund you. Their customer service is horrible which is sad because it used to be good.

These shoes are perfect for me. I wore them around the house for a while to make sure they would work for me. After a while, I forgot I was wearing new shoes! These shoes have good support for my floppy feet, while the insoles are a somewhat cushy. so they are easy to wear for a long time. I highly recommend these shoes.
