Didn’t get what I ordered…..again
Would have been great if Nordstroms would ever actually send what I order. It’s non stop anymore and the only thing you get is “I’m Sorry”. Nordstroms is going way down on customer service

I expected better from Prada
The sneakers are cute enough, but not very comfortable and a little cheap looking. The only thing that looked fancy was the logo triangle on the side. Otherwise, these were just OK. Returned.

Beautiful but
The right pair came with a small tear on the leather and pen marks inside. Right pair was super uncomfortable and felt like it’s been worn before. The left pair looked great and was much more comfortable. I’m disappointed at the presentation as well. Shoes came in without the shape paper inside, the lace was completely messed up and papel was all wrinkled. For that price, the sneakers should not only be comfortable but in perfect shape. It nearly looked like a counterfeit.

Nordstrom do better
The shoes are nice but For the cost of them you'd expect them to be brand new. Nope. I was given a pair of WORN shoes. Returned 5 minutes after i picked them up from the store. Nordstrom has been a huge let down lately smh. Time to switch over to Neiman's.
