Scolto Transparent Strap Sandal (Women)

This purchase was a terrible experience with Nordstrom and Manolo Blahnik. Purchased for a wedding, these quickly became my favorite shoes. But within 3 weeks, one of the insoles bunched and slid making one shoe uncomfortable and unsightly. I brought them back to Nordstrom with receipt and the man who sold them was rude and unhelpful. He told me to pay to get them repaired. I called headquarters, no help. I called Manolo Blahnik, no help. I’ve never had a pair of shoes fall apart so quickly. I paid to have them repaired and although the repair was done beautifully and after a year, hasn’t fallen apart, they’ve never fit quite the same. This experience with Nordstrom was disappointing. A pair of Manolo’s should not fall apart within 3 weeks and if so, it’d seem that most companies would help to resolve the issue for the customer.
