Long time customer
I don't know why you put a synthetic liner in these shoes when all of my others have leather. The sewing especially on the inside of tongue is irritating. I will be returning these after Christmas and try a different pair. My last pair, Charles, are extremely comfortable so I'll look for something similar, but in black. I have a couple of older models that are also more comfortable, but they are 20 years old and a little dressy for me now. PS. I only test these inside the house on the carpet but it doesn't take much to know if they will be OK.

Comfortable
Excellent for people with a wide foot. Do run on the larger side of sizing. Therefore would recommend that try them on before purchase. Normally I wear size 43(9). With Mephisto that size seems bigger. Otherwise great shoe and very comfortable
