Perfect fit. I purchased these to go with the tux that I had made for my wedding. Not only was the fit true to size, they’re comfortable. Combine that with the fact that they look amazing and I’m guaranteed to get laid on my wedding night.

shoes are great, packaging not up to par
Bought these shoes for my husband for a black tie event. The shoes are great, but the first time they were delivered, they had clearly been worn- this is the second time this has happened in the past few months with a Norstrom purchase. I exchanged them and the second pair didn’t appear worn- but was missing dust bags. Not what I expect from Norstrom and high end shoes

beautiful shoe but box damaged
I bought these shoes as a gift for my husband. Unfortunately, the box arrived quite damaged and torn. I had to fix it to make it look less ugly for the gift. Considering the quality and the fact that it's from Nordstrom, I had high expectations. The shoe itself is beautiful, and the quality is superb.

Service in the pickup department was excellent. However, I wish the store would carry a larger selection of shoes, so they can be tried on before ordering Shoes fit very tightly.
