Cute shoe but poor quality
For $69, these shoes leave a lot to be desired. My 7yr old daughter was so excited to get these for school but her excitement quickly faded & turned to disappointment when she tried them on and said they felt weird & were uncomfortable. I took a closer look and realized that the insoles were glued so poorly, they bunched up around the edges in some places, causing them not to fit right. It might not look like a big deal, but my daughter tried these on with regular socks and could still feel something was not right with them. I can’t keep them if they are uncomfortable to wear. They are adorable but expensive for a kids shoe. I expect better quality for the price. It is disappointing because I knew she would love them when she saw them.

Received dirty used sneakers
You guys dropped the ball on this one. Your quality dept should have checked this. Why would you send me already worn/dirty sneakers for $70 dollars? There was no protector paper inside the box or return label. You lost a customer.
