It was shipped used! Unbelievable
I opened an extra-large shipping box to find another non-shoe large box containing the shoes. I was appalled to see that the shoes were worn and showed signs of use with wrinkles. What's going on, Nordstrom? I will be returning them immediately. Nordstrom should compensate me for the time I wasted.
