These shoes are gorgeous - can be worn with everything from jeans to a suit. The heel height is not too much. They run narrow so are ideal for a narrow foot. I have a regular width foot so I went up a half size. I don't have room in them to insert a gel cushion for the ball of my foot, but I don't wear them for all day standing. Still, I can wear them for many hours before I have a problem. I bought the black and the nude suede.

Does NOT run small.
I normally wear a 40 or 41 or a 10. I had to exchange the 10 for a 9. Otherwise this is a gorgeous shoe and perfect for a narrow foot.
