Suzanne Bow Loafer (Women)

I was surprised by the scratchy stitching inside the shoe, the lumpy padding under the insole, the loose edges of the insole, and the odd shape of the heel area. The insole has a normal foot shape, but the outside heel area is square -- resulting in a big gap on either side of the foot. I don't know a single human being who has a square heel bone -- not sure how this would fit anyone properly.
