glaze not sealed
Disappointed that the glaze was not completely even might result in food seeping into baking dish.

Great Little Bakers
Because I am solo these days I am delighted to have these two bakers. I use both sizes for single meal prep and baking. The larger one is smaller than I was hoping because of the slant of the sides. I would not call this an 8” square pan. It is definitely smaller. The color Archinaut is gorgeous. Cleans up easily. One downside is it is not able to be used for stove-top cooking.

Prefect for a small portion chef
The 8 in pan has been great for anything that a 9x13 would just be too large for: small casserole, mac and cheese, meats. Great for dinners for 2 people. The smaller pan is harder to use but I've found it great for a mini cake if there's batter left over or reheating a dish, mainly good for 1 serving.
