Wrong size in box
My shoes came straight from the warehouse (according to customer service when I called), one size too big in a box labeled the size I ordered. Would have had to return the wrong shoes, get a refund, and place a new order. The customer service rep said there was no way to inform the warehouse of their mistake so there was no guarantee for me that it wouldn't happen again.
