Great sharpener
Used this to sharpen my old dull knives and it did a fantastic job of being able to make these old knives like new again. It was very simple to do and doesn't take a whole lot of time but makes a great difference.

Similar to other such products.
It comes with no instructions. It comes with no link to any instructions. My experience with this product is identical to my experience with every similar such product. The knife is completely dull after "sharpening" and this is true regardless of how many passes I make through the sharpener.

Great sharpener

Get yourself one!
O we many, many years, and probably 7-8 knife sharpeners, this is by far the best. It is easy to use, with a nice hand grip and non-skid surface on the bottom to adhere firmly to the counter top or table. I use it to sharpen my standard kitchen knives, some of which had not been adequately sharpened in years. The edges seem to knoll well, and stay sharp through many uses. I have not used the Asian spice yet as I do not have that style of knife. A really excellent feature is the ability to use the sharpened by either right or left handed person. It was a great purchase!
