Worth The $
I'm so happy that Nordstrom carries 3Lab products! I love the whole skin care line. Pricey? Yes! Worth it? Definitely! I just started using the Perfect BB Cream with SPF 40. I put it on last, after my morning cleansing and moisturizing with 3Lab products. It has a nice feel and gives me just the right amount of tinted coverage. I would consider myself medium skin toned with a little redness. The #3 (dark) is a perfect match. I just add a little blush and powder then head out the door!

Less Than Perfect
I have recently tried some other 3Lab products and have really liked some of them very much. I wear some product with SPF everyday and decided to try the BB cream since the information about this product sounded great. I found it much less than "Perfect". The product was thick, hard to apply even over my moisturizer, and my skin felt dry after I finally was able to spread it on my face. Very disappointing .

stunning lack of color options
I am pretty fair - I tend to gravitate towards the ivory/alabaster shades with red undertones. If that is you, don't bother trying this product. It was awful. The Light is not quite light enough, but more than that the yellow tint to my face is what made me return it. I'm giving it 2 stars for concept, I love the high SPF and the idea of a truly beneficial BB but it's so discouraging to be ready to plunk down this much $ for a "perfect" bb and have the colors so drastically off. I'm serious, I looked yellow. And the color is pretty strong, it can't be just blended in. I did half my face with the BB and half with my old standby bb #Just Skin by Chanticaille# and there was such a difference, it looked like I was ill.

Light Coverage
I love this bb cream and use it everyday. The bottle lasts me a year. I use one pump for my entire face. Gives a nice smooth sheer no makeup look while covering slight skin imperfections. I like the natural look and hate heavy foundation that ages the skin. I am fair and I use the dark - dark is not dark.

Skin perfecter
I have been using many of the 3Lab products for nearly a year (M Cream, Eye Cream, H serum, etc.), but this is my first experience with any of the BB Creams. I regularly wear a light foundation during the week, but this is perfect for weekends.
Because my skin is a little dry, I moisturize very well, then apply BB Cream sparingly -- a little goes a long way. I tried using the little rolling sponge applicator that is provided, but found I can more effectively apply the product with my fingers.
I love that it contains sunscreen, so I have one less product to apply. It provides a velvety, natural coverage throughout the day -- no drying, not greasy, just perfect skin all day long. Sometimes I wear it over a primer, but one isn't required. It survived a hot and humid day too, so I look forward to using it the summer heat.
It can also be used as a concealer. The tiniest dab provides great coverage. It really is a versatile product. Given the size of the tube and how little one needs, it will take me a long time to use up. Love this product!

The ultimate cream makeup
I'm someone who is often filmed, photographed and in a variety of professional working situations. Sometimes a person comes in to do my makeup, and sometimes I'm left to do my own before speaking to a crowd of 5-10,000 people. This makeup was recommended (actually it was forced upon me) by my agent who pushed me into the basement of Barney's and had me do a makeup consultation. I never looked back.
From the moment I tried it on, I knew is was for me. My face is left looking natural and fantastic, with a beautiful glow! I love the SPF 40, as I'm naturally very pale-skinned and can use all the help I can get! The best benefit of all is that this makeup looks INCREDIBLE in photographs. I've never photographed so well in my life! Pair this makeup with a Claudio Riaz palette for countering, eyebrow tinting and eyeliner and you have it MADE.
This makeup is worth EVERY PENNY. I wear it every day and a tube usually lasts me around a YEAR. Your results may vary, but this is, in my opinion, the best makeup of all time and the best you can buy. My skin hates makeup, but it loves 3Lab!

Wonderful product
I love this...LOVE it. Finding a BB cream with a high SPF was quite a task. This product sold out at Nordstrom right away/went on backorder. It was well worth the wait! I went with the Medium shade, and glad I did. I'd say my summer skin is fair-medium. The color looked a bit pale when I first put it on, but then evened out once my whole face was covered. Love the Matte look-- especially in the summer heat. It even works to balance out the hyperpigmentation spots. I will definitely order more when this tube runs out.
