Dansko Clogs Forever
I have been wearing these at work as a chef for over a decade. The lift provides excellent lower lumbar support. While they take a minute to get used to (you have to size up in order for your foot to slide forward and provide that lower back support), but once you do, they are your friend for life. There are no shoes better for work than these.
