Tretorn
Henry Dunker founded Tretorn in 1891 in Helsingborg, Sweden; tretorn is Swedish for "three towers" and is a nod to the design of the company's original factory. Tretorn takes inspiration from its Scandinavian roots and carries that spirit of vitality into all its footwear, from durable rain boots to sporty sneakers.

Great for wide feet
Love, love, love my Tretorns... I started wearing these in the 80s the last time they were in style, and bought my first pair in years last fall. They are on the wide side so comfy on my big old feet, but the vertical lines of the shoe make my feet look smaller. I've tried Vans, Superga, Chuck Taylors, and Stan Smiths. Tretorns are still my faves after 30 years.

Tretorn Nylite
These are platypus shoes. I had these back in the day and the were cute, they definitely have changed. They are big and clunky looking and were oddly slippery. Platypusers.

Classic look
I needed a casual sneaker but something to go with everything. This is my first Tretorn purchase and won't be my last. They are slightly big so maybe order a 1/2 size down. I am very pleased with my purchase.

So comfortable
I purchased these shoes because I wanted a pair of white sneakers to wear to Disney. We walked the parks from opening to close and my feet never hurt.

Love these shoes
I grew up wearing tretorns and they have always been cute shoes. I haven't worn a pair for 25 years until now. They are comfortable and light weight. I would not wear them for tennis but would definitely wear them as a casual sneaker.
