What it is: A cult-classic lip pencil for a perfectly defined 3D lip.

What it does: This long-wearing, silky formula glides on effortlessly for plump, fuller-looking lips and prevents lip color from bleeding. It's formulated with vitamin E and jojoba seed oil to nourish and condition lips during use.

How to use: For the highest definition, apply to your lip line before using lip color, creating your desired shape. For a softer look, apply lip color first, then finish with The Flesh Tone Lip Pencil.
