SQUEAK!
These are so cute, but they squeak so loudly. It's unbelievable. I wore them one day, and my coworkers were so annoyed (as was I) by the constant and very loud squeaking. I don't think I can wear them again. A waste of money, I guess.

Sizing all over the place
I just bought a pair of 27 Edit shoes in 11W and they were easily an inch too long and a half inch too wide (and I know I run wide.) Hoped these 11 Regular might work instead but they are short and fit like narrows. Not sure how the sizing can be so different on two shoes that are almost exactly the same except for heel height. Disappointed as this is the only brand with decent looking and wearable heel height available this season. Stock more and more sizes, Nordstrom!

Exceptions style, inconsistent fit
Very pretty, classic style and great color. I ordered these in two sizes on this site and another. One too small and another too large. This was true of another pair of 27 Edit pumps I ordered.
I will by wary of making any other online purchases for this brand.
